Information for Healthcare Professionals

Mind & Health Psychology provides evidence-based psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults across a range of neurodevelopmental, cognitive, behavioural, and emotional presentations.

We accept referrals for:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments

• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder assessments

• Cognitive and learning assessments

• Intellectual disability and acquired brain injury assessments

• Capacity assessments

• Counselling and therapeutic support

Assessments are tailored to the individual and may assist with diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, educational support, workplace recommendations, and applications relating to services such as NDIS.

Referrals can be submitted via the online referral form or downloadable referral form below. Once received, our team manages intake, client contact, and appointment scheduling directly with the client.
